Fish Livestock Reservation Policy

1. Reservation Fee & Payment

• A 50% reservation fee is required to secure any fish livestock.

• The livestock will only be considered “Reserved” once the payment is officially received and confirmed. (Note: Payments can be securely made via GCash. Please ensure you send the screenshot of your receipt to us as proof of payment).

• This fee represents your commitment to purchasing the livestock and covers our dedicated care and temporary holding of the fish.

2. Health Assurance & Our 2-Day Guarantee

• Health Assurance: Backed by our 8+ years of experience in aquatic care, we guarantee that all fish placed on reserve are rigorously checked, actively eating, and in excellent health and condition at the time of your reservation.

• The 2-Day Window: We will safely hold and care for your reserved fish for a strict period of two (2) days (48 hours) from the exact time the reservation fee is paid. We highly encourage buyers to pick up their fish or arrange shipping within this window.

• Store Responsibility: If any unfortunate circumstances (such as illness or death) happen to the fish while it is still in our care within this 2-day period, we will shoulder the responsibility. You will be fully covered and offered a replacement fish of equal value or a full refund of your reservation fee.

3. Expired Guarantee & Buyer Assumption of Risk

• After 2 Days: If the fish is not picked up or shipped within the 2-day holding period, the buyer automatically assumes all risks associated with the livestock.

• Petcorp Aquatics+ will not be held responsible or liable if anything unfortunate happens to the fish (including illness, injury, or death) once the 2-day guarantee has expired.

4. Strict No Refund & No Replacement Policy

• Non-Refundable: All reservation fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. If you cancel your reservation, the 50% fee is forfeited.

• No Replacements: We do not offer replacement fish if your reserved livestock falls ill or passes away after the 2-day guarantee period has elapsed.

Note to Customers: By paying the 50% reservation fee, you are formally acknowledging and agreeing to all the terms outlined in this Store Policy. Please ensure your aquarium is ready to receive your fish within the 2-day timeframe to guarantee its safe transition into your Nature Aquarium.
