To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding agreement. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Live Animal Sales
Petcorp exclusively deals in live animals. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you are fully aware of the responsibilities and requirements associated with owning and caring for live animals. Petcorp is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur after the purchase of our animals. You should research and prepare adequately for the proper care of your new pet.
4. Delivery
We currently provide delivery services exclusively within Bacolod City, Philippines. We do not offer international shipping. Delivery charges may apply, and we will specify them during the checkout process. Please provide accurate and complete delivery information to ensure successful delivery.
5. Payment Method
We accept payment through Gcash, which is a third-party payment service. By using Gcash, you agree to abide by Gcash’s terms and conditions. Petcorp is not responsible for any issues related to Gcash transactions, including disputes or security concerns. You can review Gcash’s terms and conditions on their website.
6. Returns and Refunds & Cancellations
If you encounter any issues with the live animal you have purchased, please contact us immediately. We may provide refunds or replacements at our discretion, subject to the specific circumstances and within a reasonable time frame. Please review our Store and Refunds Policy for more information.
Cancellations: There may be a 25% restocking fee if a request for cancellation is issued prior to shipment, such as if the animal has already been fasted and packaged. Non-refundable merchant fees associated with the transaction are rolled into the cost of the product purchased and will be deducted from the refund total at our discretion.
7. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms and Service
Petcorp reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms for changes. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
