1. General Eligibility

Inventory Adjustments: We specialize in live, unique aquatic biological specimens. We reserve the right to correct unexpected inventory discrepancies or cancel orders if a specific live animal becomes unfit for sale prior to fulfillment.
2. Ordering, Pricing, and Maya Payment Gateway

Currency and Valuation: All prices displayed on our product pages are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and include applicable local business taxes.

Exclusive Gateway Integration: To protect our customers and ensure instant order processing, all website transactions are processed exclusively through our integrated Maya Payment Gateway. We no longer accept or manually verify uploaded payment screenshots or manual bank slip attachments.

Provincial Transit Drop-offs: Regional transit options (Ceres Bus or UV Express van drops) where applicable handling or terminal fees must be settled with our staff.
4. Sales Finality, Livestock Disclaimers & Cancellations

Perishable & Live Goods Rule: Due to the biological nature of live fish, invertebrates, and aquatic plants, all live goods sales are final.

Order Cancellations:

Cancellations requested at least 24 hours prior to scheduled packing/fasting will receive a full product refund via Maya.

If an order is cancelled after our team has already initiated livestock fasting protocols or customized packaging, a 25% restocking and operational labor fee will be subtracted from the refunded amount.

Phenotypic Variations: Live organisms vary naturally in color, exact sizing, and patterning. While we strive to show accurate representations, variations due to transport stress, transit color loss, and individual home aquarium lighting parameters do not qualify as product defects.
5. Live Arrival Guarantee (DOA Policy)
We back our 8+ years of professional aquascaping and livestock maintenance experience with a strict Live Arrival Guarantee, bound by the following conditions:

Coverage Conditions: The guarantee is strictly valid only if the customer coordinates a direct, immediate fulfillment option, provides an accurate address, and receives the package immediately from the courier upon arrival. Any uncoordinated transit delays or failure to collect the package immediately voids all coverage.

The 2-Hour Window: In case of a Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) occurrence, the buyer must take two (2) clear photos or a continuous unedited video of the dead specimen inside the original, unopened, heat-sealed plastic packaging. This proof must be transmitted to our official channels within two (2) hours of delivery.

Resolution Protocol: Verified claims will receive an exact livestock replacement or a digital store credit refund. Any associated third-party transport or terminal fees are strictly non-refundable.

Post-Introduction Disclaimer: Our liability terminates the exact moment a live animal or plant is introduced into your personal aquarium, pond, or quarantine tank environment. We cannot manage your water parameters, tank cycles, or species compatibility; therefore, subsequent survival is entirely the buyer’s responsibility.
6. Dry Goods Returns (Medicines & Equipment)

Eligibility Window: Unused, unopened dry goods, hardscape materials, and unsealed fish medications may be returned within thirty (30) days from purchase.

Logistics & Fees: The buyer is fully responsible for organizing and paying for return transit to our Bacolod location. Refunds are processed only after our staff physically inspects the item to ensure it remains in brand-new, untampered, and resalable condition.
7. Petcorp Rewards Program

Earning Structures: Points accumulated via our web ecosystem (e.g., 3 points per ₱100 spent) are non-transferable, carry zero legal cash value, and can only be used as promotional discounts on subsequent web checkouts.

Forfeiture: We reserve the right to audit, freeze, or terminate point balances if we detect system exploitation, artificial order generation, or fraudulent activity.
8. Limitation of Liability and Venue of Jurisdiction

Website Availability: While we utilize secure servers, we do not warrant that our digital catalog or the Maya payment gateway link will be completely uninterrupted or entirely free of temporary technical synchronization lag.
