Affiliate Program Terms of Use

By submitting an application to the Petcorp Aquatics+ Bacolod City Affiliate Program (“Program”), you formally indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Enrollment Eligibility & Discretion

• Approval Authority: We reserve the absolute right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program Application at our sole discretion. Applicants acknowledge they have no legal recourse against Petcorp Aquatics+ Bacolod City in the event of an application rejection.

• Geographic & Logistics Restriction: Because our online store currently operates on an In-Store Pickup Only model and does not offer shipping methods, all affiliates must reside on Negros Island, preferably within or near Bacolod City.

• Target Audience Alignment: Your primary audience must be local to Negros Island to ensure the traffic you drive can realistically utilize our local pickup system. Applications from creators outside Negros Island will be automatically declined.

• Influencer & Vlogger Baseline Criteria: To qualify for enrollment, applicants must meet and maintain the following standards:

  • Control a primary social media channel with at least 25,000 authentic followers.

  • Demonstrate consistent, high-frequency posting schedules with healthy community engagement metrics.

  • Focus content heavily on fishkeeping, aquascaping, and aquatic hobbies, aligning seamlessly with our brand ecosystem.

2. Commissions & Payout Structure

• Payment Frequency: Earned commissions are calculated and distributed once per calendar month.

• Maturation Period: To prevent fraud, a commission will only be officially credited if the referred account or purchase remains valid, finalized, and successfully picked up by the customer, remaining active for a minimum of thirty-one (31) days.

• Self-Referral Prohibition: You are strictly prohibited from utilizing your own tracking links to purchase products or create accounts. No commission will be paid on an affiliate’s self-referred transactions. All payouts apply only to successfully completed, non-refunded transactions.

3. Approved Promotional Practices

• Operational Transparency Requirement: When promoting Petcorp Aquatics+, affiliates must clearly state in their content or captions that website purchases are for “In-Store Pickup Only” at our Bacolod City branch. This prevents out-of-town buyers from placing unfulfillable orders.

• Authorized Channels: Affiliates may utilize provided graphic assets and custom tracking links across their verified websites, digital newsletters, and social media platforms.

• Creative Discretion: You may design your own promotional banners or copy, provided all material is entirely accurate, truthful, and non-violating of the standards established in this agreement.

• Legal Disclosure: Affiliates are legally required to clearly and conspicuously disclose their promotional partnership or affiliate relationship with Petcorp Aquatics+ to their audience in compliance with local advertising laws and regulations.

4. Restricted Actions & Prohibitions

• Misleading Logistics Claims: Promising or implying that Petcorp Aquatics+ offers nationwide shipping or delivery methods is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination.

• Forced Cookie Tracking: Affiliates may not use hidden actions, iframes, frames, pop-ups, or pop-unders to automatically drop tracking cookies unless a user makes an explicit, conscious click on a clearly marked savings link or button.

• Deceptive Clickbait: The use of variations like “Click to view deal/coupon” is strictly banned if no such specific discount exists. Landing pages discovered leveraging deceptive copy to drive artificial traffic will trigger immediate affiliate account termination.

• Coupon & Deal Site Restrictions: Bidding on trademarked keyword phrases such as “Petcorp Aquatics+ Bacolod City Coupons” or “Petcorp Discounts” via search engine marketing is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

• Intellectual Property Protection: Promising cash kickbacks, rebates, or splitting affiliate commissions with end-users as an incentive to click is unauthorized. We reserve the right to demand explicit licensing agreements from individuals employing our official trademarks.

5. Termination of Partnership

• Immediate Revocation: Violation of any term in this agreement—including but not limited to spamming, misrepresenting our pickup-only policy, predatory cookie tactics, or a drop-off in active posting engagement—will result in the immediate forfeiture of accumulated unpaid commissions and permanent removal from the program.

• Voluntary Exit: This agreement remains in effect from your enrollment date until terminated by either party. You may voluntarily terminate your account at any time by contacting store administration.

6. Limitation of Liability

• System Operations & Order Abandonment: Petcorp Aquatics+ Bacolod City will not be held legally liable for indirect, incidental, or accidental damages (including lost revenue or missing commissions) resulting from tracking script failures, uncollected/abandoned pickup orders, temporary web outages, or unintended technical errors on our website(s).

• No Implied Warranties: We make no express or implied claims that the operation of our retail portal or the Program tracking suite will remain entirely uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Policy Amendments

• Right to Modify: The terms, commission rates, shipping/pickup policies, and baseline rules of this agreement may be updated or modified by us at any given time. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program following an updated terms posting serves as your formal binding acceptance of the new terms.

Form Acknowledgment: By completing the registration process on the Petcorp Aquatics+ Bacolod City application portal, you establish an electronic signature validating that you fully comprehend and consent to this Agreement.
