Petcorp Aquatics+ Bacolod Affiliate Program Policy

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Petcorp Aquatics+ Bacolod City! We are looking for passionate content creators, vloggers, and influencers to help us grow our local community of fishkeepers.

Please review our baseline requirements and operational guidelines before submitting your application.

1. Location & Logistics Requirements (Strict)

• Geographic Location: Because our online store currently operates on an In-Store Pickup Only basis and does not offer shipping, all applicants must reside on Negros Island (preferably within or near Bacolod City).

• Target Audience: Your primary social media audience and viewer base must be local to Negros Island, ensuring they are capable of picking up their website orders at our Bacolod City branch.

2. Influencer Eligibility Criteria

• Follower Count: You must have a minimum of 25,000 authentic followers on your primary social media platform (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook).

• Active Engagement: Your profile must showcase consistent, high-frequency postings with healthy audience interaction and engagement.

• Niche Alignment: You must be genuinely passionate about fishkeeping and aquatics. Your content should regularly feature aquariums, aquascaping, fish care, or related aquatic hobbies.

3. Program Benefits & Payouts

• Monthly Commissions: Earn a competitive commission on every online sale generated through your unique affiliate link. Commissions are calculated and paid out once a month.

• Maturation Period: For a commission to be successfully credited, the referred order must be fully finalized, picked up by the customer, and remain active/non-refunded for at least 31 days.

• No Self-Referrals: You cannot use your own link to purchase products or create accounts.

4. Promotional & Content Expectations

• Policy Transparency: When promoting Petcorp Aquatics+, you must explicitly state in your content that all online purchases are for “In-Store Pickup Only” to prevent out-of-region orders.

• Honest Marketing: Affiliates must promote our brand truthfully. Inappropriate, misleading claims, or promising nationwide shipping will result in immediate termination from the program.

• Spam & Cookie Prohibitions: Deceptive traffic tactics—such as spamming links in random groups or using forced cookie pop-ups/iframes—are strictly prohibited.

• Partnership Disclosure: You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship to your audience in compliance with local advertising regulations (e.g., adding #ad or mentioning the partnership in your videos).
