Live Fish Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for choosing to pre-order with us! Because we are dealing with live animals, our inventory is highly dependent on our suppliers and safe transport conditions. Please read our pre-order policy below before placing your order.

1. Subject to Change

All live fish pre-orders are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. While we do our best to fulfill every order exactly as placed, working with live livestock means unpredictable situations can arise.

2. Supplier Availability

Occasionally, a specific species may become unavailable or sold out at our supplier’s facility between the time you place your pre-order and our scheduled shipping date.

3. Out-of-Stock Resolutions

If the fish you pre-ordered is out of stock by the time we are ready to ship, we will contact you immediately. You will have the option to choose one of the following:

Select an Alternative: You may choose a replacement fish of equal value. If you select a fish of a different value, we will either refund the difference or invoice you for the remaining balance.
Receive a Full Refund: You may opt for a full, prompt refund for the cost of the unavailable fish.

Note: We will hold your order and wait for your decision before shipping any remaining items to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
